This is kind of just funny. I don't know if it's real, but it's certainly not inconceivable pharmaceutical Jews concocted some potion that attacks a person's nuts/eggs and then convinced everyone to take it.

It is literally making them sterile. There is some agent in it that causes male sterility that can also be transferred to females via sex. I can't remember what it's called but I know it was in at least 2 of the "vaccines". Pain is you body telling you something is wrong.
