There's no way to substantiate it legally without getting sued. You cant just disclose peoples medical history or treatment. The source is the flccc they have doctors that do phone interviews and prescribe ivermectin and hcq and the claim is that these congress people and their families contacted them directly. If they named names congress would crawl up their assholes and they would probably end up in a cia black site getting tortured to death. The best you could hope for is that they get hacked and a list dropped but then it would just be claimed as a fake.
