Real estate company Clever collected data on home values across the US, looking at patterns across predominantly Black and white neighborhoods. The data shows that homes in majority Black neighborhoods are being massively undervalued, which has ripple effects across the larger US economy.
Despite anti-discrimination laws for housing and mortgages, Black Americans are still having a harder time getting mortgages than white Americans. Facing a lower average family net worth — a figure that's scrutinized during the mortgage approval process — it can be harder for some Black Americans to get approved.
I can't stand how stupid liberals are. How can you complain that houses are too cheap in black neighborhoods and also complain at the same time that black people can't afford to own their own house? How deranged and stupid do you have to be to believe these two things at the same time:
- Houses are too expensive for blacks because racism.
- Houses are too cheap in black neighborhoods because racism.
This level of stupidity leaves me speechless.
You know the saying about how jews will always tell you what happened to them, but they'll never tell you why? This is the same thing. They don't go into why neighborhoods with black people are worth less. They don't compare crime rates and school performance between black and white neighborhoods, the two largest drivers of home values.

It's part of the way their brains are constantly juggling 100 different stupid thoughts and barely giving any of them any attention. There are usually dozens of contradictory ideas bouncing around in a woman's head at any time.
"America is unsafe, I might be raped." "We need to import more poor brown people from Mexico and let them live near us."
"Every single woman I know who dated a black man was abused and beaten." "Oooh, black men are so exotic!"
"I really hate having to work 40 hours a week, I need to try to get part-time hours." "My boss refuses to promote me just because I am woman!"
This is literally the shit going on in a woman's head all day every day. When they have their "vent sessions" with GFs they literally just spew this garbage out rapid-fire. That's why men hate talking to women. When we see these inconsistencies, our natural desire is to fix them and set the woman straight.
Most men (other than gays and severe betas) don't think this way. We think about one logical thing at a time. We look at the thought closely, determine if it makes sense, and then either accept or reject it accordingly.
