How does RUK get 4 seats with 4.1 million votes and LibD get 71 seats with 3.4 million votes?

Because our voting system is fucked and each seat is based on each "district" of the UK. Since no voters showed up to vote reform or conservative Labour became the "default winner" with approximately 20% of the population's vote. (20% = 34% vote_share * 60% voter_turnout)
