Thank you for posting, I had no clue, I have always opted out of shooting them to share my data with other databases, researchers etc, I had not even heard of this one, I will have to phone as my NHS number written on my NHS card apparently they can't find a record lol. My first job Monday morning will be to call and ensure that my data will not be shared, I usually get a letter from my GP when choices etc are needed to be made, crickets on this one though.

Just an update, I've spoken with the data opt out team this morning, they tell me that there had been some mis information circulating, according to them there is no hard and fast date for opt outs to be completed(I think I already have it in place with my GP) , they are sending me a form so that I can be doubly certain I am opted out of everything.
