When I was seven, a fourteen year old began hanging around our friend group. He used to like to pick me up and swing me around and liked that. One day he picked me up by my ankles and began swinging me. Then he exposed himself. My mother walked in at this same time. She was a small woman, much smaller than the boy but those of you familiar with Kipling know how dangerous a mother can be when protecting her children. She threw him down the stairs over the railing and kicked him in the face when he was down. She dragged him off the property. He was on crutches for the rest of the summer. Police were never involved and I doubt he was as bold with others again. Stop hiring people to do things you can do yourself.
