She threw him down the stairs over the railing and kicked him in the face when he was down. She dragged him off the property. He was on crutches for the rest of the summer. Police were never involved and I doubt he was as bold with others again. Stop hiring people to do things you can do yourself.

Well the kids are douchebag but 120 m is a football field away. It's not like he's living next door. I would imagine that tons of people out on bail for doing crimes against people live in their neighborhood and probably many of them live a lot closer than a football field away.
