Not sure why that's an unreasonable question. If there is more than one they just confirmed meritless and biased hiring practices. They've discriminated against people who actually want and earned a job. Those likely being, men.

Agreed, i have a relative in the force, the change he has seen in 20 years with the internal practices is "unbelievably stupid policies", reason has all but gone.
