According to my electric and gas provider I have the lowest monthly energy usage in my neighborhood. I can't understand why, 1/2 my neighbors have solar panels on their roofs. Maybe it's because I spent my money somewhere between $2,000 and $2,500 on insulation and energy savings instead.
BTW the AC unit is a 13 Seer and my furnace which is over 20 years old is rated at 80% efficiency.
