I am not sure which are the very worst police in the whole world. English, Australian or New Zealand.

Considering the endless Rotherham pedo scandal, that seems to be still going strong after 30 years, I am voting the English cannibals, sorry I mean Police. (I am in the UK so I may be biased, or in the know, whatever).
