The real reason is everyone wants the BBC funding cut off and they are scared. The BBC is funded by a tv license fee for every household in the uk that has at least one tv. This was a law that was passed back in the fifties that remains. The fee is £157.50 per year which is $211.25 USD so they get huge sums of money from this. They are a massive organization. That's why they can rival us networks for producing good content. This is their only source of funding too. They are not allowed to advertise anything at all. No adverts. No product placement. And all they have done with this privilege is propagandize, demonize, gaslight, slander and protect the worst pedophile imaginable Jimmy Saville! They have made themselves absolutely hated UK. The majority want the fee abolished, the PM wants it abolished and a vote is coming on it now. I think we can expect a very different approach from now on. They will at least make an effort to be fairer and less biased. I think they will start firing the woke crowd just like Disney has.
