I only just got in contact with Citizens Advice Bureau and it turns out that:

A) I had to be issued a warning before they could take any action because of my behaviour

AND

B) They can't ban patients with severe mental health problems because of their behaviour

All I had done was send offensive emails and I have severe mental health problems that they still hadn't helped me with for over 18 months and ofc I had no warning that I should stop sending such emails or I would get banned.

LOL

It should be legal to send offensive emails, it's just mails it won't bite and people generally feel better afterward, at least the writer, who's evidently mad for a reason

I hope you'll get a metric ton of compensations on this one so you'll finally be able to take holidays far from all this shit

I was too overfocused on trying to take action against the police when I didn't even look into the fact that my GP practice actually made a false crime report in the first place.

And also because it's the UK I wouldn't get any compensation for this.

Now that's shit

Try to get into a program then if you can't get sound financial compensation, like they just shot you in the leg now what do I do please help, and they put you in a stuff where you get paid to follow some bs training for bs work, part time type of stuff for lamers. The longer the better, and of course it comes without saying that you don't have an obligation to succeed you just show up there on time and do the complete program, and you fail eventually so you aren't even qualified for something you don't even want to do/be qualified for in the first place

If you can cover this year like that at least, it's "all good", it's crap but it's not super bothering and it pays so in the meantime you can focus on side projects, such as music related business stuffs you have on the side

Yea I would really like to get them to give me paid work at the NHS, but they wouldn't even let me be a voluntary janitor because I didn't have 2x2 year references. Funny that they need all their staff to have 2x2 year references, but most of them are still shit, and then they whinge all over the media that they don't have enough workers.

You can only get compensation for financial loss / deprivation, and mental health is literally impossible to prove.
