I got back higher rate daily living (£89pw), lower rate mobility (£23pw), and that brings back my eligibility for severe disability premium (£62pw), backdated to last March and valid for 3 more years!
Money money money entertainment system in my lounge and Clavinova piano NAOW!!!!
(I need to wait up to 6 weeks for it to be paid though and can't get furniture fitters until after the lockdown though 🙁).
They said they don't do any extra compensation so now I'm trying to figure out how to get compensation for my house turning to shit over the last year.
I also lodged my employment appeal for the employer that wouldn't give me my guaranteed interview for disabled people, solicitors said I could still claim 6 months of wages, but the escalation mediator people said it's only £900 for such which would still be nice. But I ignored the latter and put 'X solicitors have advised me I should seek 6 months worth of wages, >calculate< £9800!!!'.
Because if you say too little they can't give you more, if you say too much they can give you less.
Now hurry up with my backpayment I want new piano and lounge! And oh yea I have to pay off 5% extra of my house every year first.
