Theres just two more questions left for moving around / mobility for me to finish planning an answer for, but I should get more than double the amount of points I actually need for higher rate daily living, that is if the tribunal bother to listen to me, but they should and I read on disability forums that these telephone appeals currently have a very high rate of success.

I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow, 10am telephone appeal to get my PIP back and 14 months of backpayment.

I've now finished preparing all my answers, and I believe I should easily get at least the highest amount for daily living and standard rate for mobility, but with a good chance of the higher rate for that as well. This depends on if they consider constant (joint) pain to be a limiting factor for mobility which I have read that they normally do.

I will pretty much just read them out like a massive essay so that I dont miss anything, normally I dont know what to say for the questions but even if I do the health assessors still lie regardless until it goes to the court.
