I took picture when I did it, my back nearly broke and I needed to pause many times. I had to prop one side of the headboard up while rescrewing in the other side:

I have a wooden bedframe very similar to that, When I had to set it up I did not find it to be a fun process to do by myself. I ended up breaking the one mounting bracket off the frame becuase it got tweaked when I was putting the third one on.

Hopefully I get my free gibs back on Monday and then I can finally get my lounge done too. I read that telephone appeals currently have a very high rate of success and I have more than enough evidence of being a fuck up.

I wish you the best of luck. Make sure you take care of your actual needs before your lounge though, like if you need something that could help your joints and make you more functional I would probably do that first.
