Judges ruled that deporting the rapist to Eritrea, East Africa, would breach his human rights because he had previously dodged military conscription and was at risk of being punished if he returned.
This is the problem - local elections bring people who can install liberal / globalist judges that look at a person's "human rights" in their home country vs keeping them in the host country and decide that if they sent them, they'd be worse off. But they rape their host country's women and the judges don't care...
