Not that anyone would be deceitful during times of war, but if you had some RUS folks on the ground in Ukraine to openly and poorly generate debunkable Anti-RUS propoganda... that would be useful.
Ordinary people should be helped and in Poland we have already accepted over a million of them. Not sure my point was clear, it is like a triple negative.
Point is that once you show the faked white helmets engaged in their subterfuge and fakery- then any other reports of actual true damage attacks are discounted or diminished.
