All of the 3 letter agencies have so much experience at illegal activities and they are all corrupt. Theres so much collusion that no one will ever get indicted. No one would testify unless they were told to by the crooks. If they do indict it would be a low level person used as a scapegoat. Only way to get rid of the infestation is to burn it down and build it new. Bring back public hanging
