Hell if we did have a weather machine or ray I would love to see LA and SF hit with a sub zero cold snap occasionally. That is why there are not a million homeless in non west coast northern cities. You don't want to be on the streets with it hit -20F because you will lose toes and probably could die without being inside. Hell send in the DEA and blanket the city. If the state does not have a law legalizing heroin or crack then pull them in and find the dealers and put the fear of god in the homeless. Hell if we could go back in time and have the cops with billyclubs clean out the homeless sites by yelling "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE OR GET YOU ASS BEATEN". That kind of wakeup call is needed in this country and get the judges to stop letting scumbags leave for compassionate reasons.
