But just take news articles' interpretation as gold.
Me, I prefer to read the actual law and make my own judgments related to it.
Its well known that legislatures don't give a crap about the legality of the laws that they pass.
So I like to read the actual law passed to review. And no, I'm not searching around for it. That's an OP's responsibility.
