A week after a Florida HOA in a massive planned community home to almost 10,000 people dropped its on carry ban in public spaces after threats of legal action from Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, another HOA has told residents their right to carry is null and void in common areas.

This time around, though, the HOA in question is located in South Carolina, so Uthmeier won't be able to ride to rescue of residents.

But I have always asked how they know if it’s concealed?

I imagine that you'd get away with it unless or until someone noticed and reported you. In Florida, you can carry in the dining area of a restaurant that serves alcohol, but not in the bar area. You also can't carry in a standalone bar that does not serve food. It is likely the most frequently ignored law in the entire state.

Not red on gray. Not blue on mauve.

Many make a sign that looks nicey but failed to meet the law as written.

I disregard those. And when inside I notice multiple entrances and they aren’t posted there. 2 strikes on the stand for them. Most post at all public entrances as well.
