Refugees should never be allowed to permanently stay in a country they fled to. They circumvent all existing immigration standards and procedures in order to come into a country, so should be considered unqualified to stay, and they are either actual refugees, meaning the country they are fleeing from is a shit hole, likely due to the behavior of people like them, or they are fake refugees, meaning they are lying pieces of shit. In either case, they are net detrimental to keep in a country and should ALL be returned to their country of origin or another country willing to accept them as soon as possible. They should also be barred from working and especially marrying citizens of their refuge country. Ideally, they would be kept in camps that isolate them from the broader community. If they truly are refugees, fleeing for their lives, they would accept those conditions enthusiastically.
