A Biden-appointed federal judge in Massachusetts has blocked President Trump’s administration from allowing Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for thousands of Ethiopians to expire.
According to Breitbart, U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy ruled on Wednesday that the president did not have the authority to allow the temporary amnesty to expire.
“Fundamental to this case—and indeed to our constitutional system—is the principle that the will of the President does not supersede that of Congress,” Murphy said. “Presidential whims do not and cannot supplant agencies’ statutory obligations.”
U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy needs to be impeached, along with a whole host of others. Too bad this feckless administration won't do it.
