Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is receiving massive praise for his efforts to get the Save America Act passed through Congress.

Paxton is currently in a primary battle with incumbent Sen. John Cornyn. Because neither he nor Cornyn received over 50 percent of the votes in Tuesday’s election, they’re scheduled for a runoff election in May.

However, in a stunning move, Paxton posted a tweet Thursday offering to drop out of the runoff election if the Senate “agrees to lift the filibuster” so that it can pass the SAVE America Act without Democrat votes.

Killing the filibuster is like opening Pandoras box. When the Dems regain power they will absolutely destroy the country because their people actually fall in line with part doctrine unlike the repubs who squabble amongst themselves and get nothing done.

The dems are going to kill the filibuster as as they regain power. The thinking is that the RINOs should do it now and ram through at least some of their agenda before the wheels come off.
