Maybe just shut the whole fucker down for a while and dig through every single person on one of these while we mass deport them. 99% of it is Fraud and needs to be stopped before we even consider reform or awarding any type of Visa, not just H-1B. Also, very specific laws that state if you are in the country ILLEGALLY or are on ANY TYPE OF VISA (or visa-less travel) any children you have are citizens of your country of origin and do NOT get American citizenship for any reason at all.
