Does Miami have exclusive in person voting? Does Miami only allow US citizens to vote?

Florida voters have to request a mail-in ballot ahead of election day if they can't make it in person. The voting process is also pretty darned robust. (Things were tightened after all of that "hanging chad" bullshit.) Also, you can only vote if you are a citizen and a resident of Florida.

Damn and they were still able to elect a leftist huh?

Miami has a reputation for being right-leaning, but it's not necessarily true. Like any "city" it has more than a few leftist douche bags and jews (but I repeat myself) who want more and more government. Tampa and Orlando are the same. Tallahassee, too.

It didn’t matter with this one. Nobody voted. Turnout was abysmal.

You can't make them happy. If a republican wins, the election was rigged. If the wrong sort of democrat wins, the election was rigged and they're rinolite.
