Most of her wealth comes from Taylor commercial, her family's construction company. The second largest chunk is from stock holdings of major companies like Amazon, Apple, Nvidia, and Palantir, which a lot of investor's own. It isn't like these are obscure companies that one would need insider information to pick.

Serious question: I have close to that in net worth (which includes a house) and I am invested in those stocks. My net worth has not skyrocketed. So the worth is all based on her family business. Ok. So how did that skyrocket int eh last 1-3 years?
I have no dog in the hunt here, I like her. But if you can’t support either side of on the take or made money some way, then either way is plausible.
