Most of her wealth comes from Taylor commercial, her family's construction company. The second largest chunk is from stock holdings of major companies like Amazon, Apple, Nvidia, and Palantir, which a lot of investor's own. It isn't like these are obscure companies that one would need insider information to pick.

Serious question: I have close to that in net worth (which includes a house) and I am invested in those stocks. My net worth has not skyrocketed. So the worth is all based on her family business. Ok. So how did that skyrocket int eh last 1-3 years?

Right. So you are saying that simply after she got into congress, it was totally organic that she started getting distributions from her company that she never had before? It’s not like she got before and squandered on makeup and Botox, and now she ain’t got the time to.
People just don’t have their wealth blow up with out some trigger. Like inheritance. Or sale of a company, which would likely eliminate distribution on year 2.
