Most of her wealth comes from Taylor commercial, her family's construction company. The second largest chunk is from stock holdings of major companies like Amazon, Apple, Nvidia, and Palantir, which a lot of investor's own. It isn't like these are obscure companies that one would need insider information to pick.

She had a 51% stake in her pre-Congress siding/roofing company. Disclosures show her stake was already $5-25M when she entered office. That $700k "starting" figure was just lowball liquid assets.
