More enforcement is needed on this issue, it's far past time to put a stop to it. Obviously we have law enforcement responsible to make sure there are no group gatherings for prayers on private property against the wishes of the property owner. Make them have permits (just like everyone else) when it's required on public property or near public roads/sidewalks, and don't allow them either singly or in groups to impede traffic on highways.

They have frightened most people (and that includes politicians and police) into inactivity. Everyone's afraid of being called an islamaphobe and having their lives ruined that they won't stop these savages from committing these displays of dominance.
