SEC: 5.Application of Shari’a (a)Prohibition No court shall enforce a judgment, decree, or arbitration decision if it relies, in whole or in part, on Shari’a or any foreign law that violates the constitutional rights of any party.

(b)Contracts A contract provision choosing foreign law shall be valid unless enforcement would result in a violation of constitutional rights.

(c)Family Law In matters involving marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, or inheritance, no court shall apply or enforce foreign law if inconsistent with fundamental rights or public policy.

No American court should enforce foreign law. That should not be a question.

IMO, there's one glaring problem with all the proposed laws to ban Sharia or Islam. If we don't deport the scum, they will outbreed us and change our laws when they get the majority.

Asking for upvotes is generally frowned upon and has the opposite effect.

It's technically not breaking the ToS (such as using alts to manipulate votes), and users are free to follow on the request or not.
