I brought up this very thing years ago on (((pedo-voat))). The use of the generic term "long guns" was going to conflate every type of rifle with so called (((assault rifles))) and there would be a gun grab to get all rifles. The dumb-asses of (((pedo-voat))) argued with me that this would not happen because of (((reasons))). And here we are.
