So we need to keep artificially upping the demand of plane tickets out of India (by pretending to book one and juat keep refreshing it) until the cost of one ticket exceeds $100,000, and just keep it going until their visas expire.

If this is true its certainly disappointing.

Existing H-1B visas should expire at the end of the year, and renewals charged at the same $100K rate.

If I had my way all existing visas would be canceled and holders sent back. I'd add a 5-year total moratorium on new ones as well. Sorry. Try again in 2030.
