The right is the smaller, weaker government party. The left cannot leave the right alone. The right must begin to use government power to put the brakes on the left. If they do it's going to get interesting. Trump, for all of my doubts, is making motion in this direction and I say good.

Still want the Epstein chapter satisfactorily closed, but my practical side says hey, if the left can be brought to heel I could give on that - except it's mostly the same people I have a feeling.

So say Trump is caught up in Epstein by whatever mechanism - I'm 50/50 on this now. Is the shift in power balance more important than that? That's not an easy answer for me. I know what I think I prefer, but you have to live in reality. Maybe crush the left first...
