The 17 page article is worth a read. Looks like a hastily put together story about the shooter....err...patsy. I wonder if they expected to have more time before he was "caught" because the story really is all over the place. Was dad a cop or not? Who is related to Kirk? And where is Charlie Kirk now (see the movie Seconds 1966)?
