I've noticed in the past year or so when preparing to cook whole raw chicken that many of the birds have huge bruising under their skin and their leg bones are literally broken in half. Whatever evil spiteful brutal illegal creature that tortures an already luckless animal dying a horrible death is inhuman and despicable.
