After further reading what we have here seems to be the “Luigi effect” coupled with Yuris breakdown of leftists. They become so delusioned they turn against their “leaders” when it doesn’t go the way it was promised and the followers either need to be locked up or executed because they become violent. It was just a political theater vote with a few D defectors who were guaranteed reelection to remove adult illegals from free healthcare so they had money to pass other handouts to citizens. But in leftist ideology non-citizens are now greater then fellow citizens.
