Argument pro: maybe you don't get to be president without having compromat. The opportunity for this certainly was available to Trump.

Argument con: Trump banned Epstein from his properties and makes relative progress on child trafficking.

I give pro a higher chance of correctness because it aligns with this situation. I think there is a decent chance for con in spite of Trump's other faults.

I'm in the 55/45 to 60/40 range.
