All bullshit to remodel and up the rent 5x the rent that was under 200 a week for a one bedroom now is almost 2 thousand a month. Everyone in town knew it was bullshit, and the last inspection would have noted a huge roof leak. So covid loan to hire non english speaking construction workers for the fed to pay for his remodel. Pisses me off to no end. I almost rented in there and glad I didn't since they were tossed out right before christmas without a judges eviction just told them to leave and changed the front door.
