Maybe she’s tapping into the fact Spain ruled the Philippines for 300 something years therefore she’s a blood relative of the wetbacks and Central American third worlders that suck the life out of San Antonio. Or she’s a reprobate democrat grifter with no integrity or morals. Or both.
