An easy work around would be to just have Congress, which red team jew controls, pass these EOs as law. Edit: thinking a second longer on this, they should take the EOs as they are written and introduce them as proposed law. Then you could see who actually wants to move the needle, who is an obstructionist rhino, and who wants to add pork for the gibs.
