The fucking senate has got to get their shit together but likely embezzers that have been there for years/decades want a light judge to let them walk, probation, or slap on the wrist. So holding this off is why Bondi never arrested since if a good judge is not in place they walk, and no double jepardy though a military tribunal has no such rules so they could pull them in later and hang/imprison for the rest of their life.
