I like how Trump wants the ability for the military to repair it's own equipment since if a company got out of hand it could cripple certain pieces of equipment if their board ceo became leftist and refused to help fix equipment because they liked the enemy we were killing like we were at war with Karl Marx they'd just say fuck off we refuse to fix them 10 thousand tank targeting systems. We need less civilians in the service as contractors since they often are paid way higher than the guys out there putting their lives on the line they need to be gone or very much lowered pay for running a dishwasher 100 miles away from the front lines doesn't deserver $60/hr or some insane paycheck levels.

Me to seems like we ended up with contracts the boss from BOFH signed since he would say we can write this off and save you guys work and miss the entire point of when does it get repaired. In the military it might be "It's right on the front lines and they'll be like there's a ten thousand times the fee danger fee that must be paid up front for our technician, then someone says something racist and then they won't send anyone back to repair because of the violent words on the front lines and we gave up the fee because of another fine print clause about respect the tech bullshit. Yes this is a thing that must end them sending their own tech since it's private coding and we are like we paid for that code and we are the government so keep it but send it when needed or else.
