Abuse of power would be ordering the hiding of a criminal so you feel you have the only power in the building lying to the feds because you FEEL they are wrong to try to take a person you don't think broke a law you disagree with but justice is blind and only the law in writing is the one you follow not the one your idiology tells you feels like the right thing to do for this violent defendent.
