The Entire Bill of Rights are restrictions on Gov. of rights not to be infringed. They are Not rights Given by Gov. to be taken away at the whim of a Jr. Communist state or city (or Fed.) gov. The punishment for treason is stated In the law and Everyone that attempts to destroy the Bill of Rights should face that Law.
