The teachers in my area are losing their fucking minds over this. To be fair, a middle school in my area is closing down wood shop and the SPED programs are being downsized as a result of all this, so it's not entirely without merit. But still.
Side note: at least in Colorado, the schools tried to get around this by ordering their 25.26 books early. Normally they come in near the end of summer break. But this year they were delivered in Feb. Guess they're expecting something to change within a year.
They always kill the meaningful classes first, ( like they cut Fire when it's services), so they can fund shit that is destructive to the children.
Pretty much my thoughts. They ordered the books early to keep the DEI shit for at least another year. I posted that fidget toy pic yesterday we ordered from our supplier of SPED toys, and that's what they sent. Shits fucked, yo
