I am tired of the articles using the excuse that the plane was over foreign waters. What the judge did was illegal. It is not a judicial matter and not subject to a random district judge.

The "order" was "ignored" because it was irrelevant. It would be no different than if an order from CNN was ignored.

Even the Supreme Court would have no say in the matter.
