Agreed. I think it's safe to say Biden fell apart completely after the first year, and clearly on his way in 2020. The power struggle wasn't between Biden and Barry in 2024 but Blinken and Jill Biden vs Barry because they wanted to keep running the country. I bet the plan was for Blinken/Jill in 2028.
The autopen technically needs approval for each time it is used. I'm sure they told Joe they were going to sign a few things and then handed him an ice cream cone.
