The speed and efficiency of Trump's progress in his first 60 days should at least imply there was/is a huge, well thought out master action plan ... that took a lot of thought/time/people to develop. It's not much of a leap to imagine his team has added sting opportunities to flush out the sleepers. It has to be done.
