Video file Download buries my kindle. I don't have the extra space to handle much more. If I could direct vid8 to source from a url so my kindle isn't involved in the process, I'd gladly be doing it.
It wouldn't take much to talk me into treating myself to a big upgrade from this old kindle sometime soon, maybe within the month. I'm really hooked on the tablets and touch screens. Maybe a touchscreen notebook that folds into a tablet. That would have so much more processing power and memory than this ~7 year old kindle, lol. It certainly was worth the $50. Meanwhile I've virtually ignored my laptop and performance desktop as they became old and unsupported. It's been really nice not to feel the need to keep up with the tech rat race after a life of it.

I’m talking about short videos like that one you linked. These are less than 10MB on average. Your tablet can manage to save them locally and upload on vid8.

It’s already planned but currently don’t have time to finish that function.
It doesn’t take more than a couple minutes to download a short video and upload it to vid8. Most Poalrs do it. It also helps with preserving shared content, and avoid your posts from expiring, and becoming useless.
